Rivermist was awarded the Shepherd Road Extension project by the Village of Chase through a public tender process, with construction taking place in the summer and early fall of 2025. The project involved significant utility and roadway upgrades to support planned future development within this area of the community.

Rivermist Excavating was hired by the District of Logan Lake to complete the development of 9 new single family residential building lots for phase 3A of the Ironstone Ridge Subdivision. Over the following 2 years, Rivermist was then brought back for phases 3B and 3C to complete 23 more lots.
